My Honey

Well, tomorrow my Mr. Leo will be 48 years old! I just thank God he has lived this long. He could have and should have been passed on many times but I guess someone is looking after him and it isn't his time yet. Today is our 7 month wedding anniversary. It is also 2 years exactly of when he had his triple bypass surgery at Yale. Lots to be thankful for. So Happy Anniversay Leo Nistico. And Happy Birthday tomorrow Babe.............

UUUHHHHHHGGGGGGGGG

Yup "UUUUUHHHGGGGGGGGGG" has pretty much been it around here as of late. Leo not feeling well different days, (and he never gets sick aside from his heart issues), then me getting it and seem to be passing back and forth. People have told me that there are sooooooooooo many flu bugs going around. And if they are tummy related I ALWAYS catch them. Plus I got the result from the ENT doc and my ct looked ok of my sinuses and ear. She is contacting my regular doc regarding my auto accident July 07 (ran into telephone pole) i had a slight head injury of sorts but was sent home same day. but i RECALL NOTHING FROM BLACKING OUT TO SEVERAL DAYS AFTER ACCIDENT. So maybe some sort of delayed or continued head trauma from that she said because i guess my fore head hit the windshield (even tho i was wearing a seatbelt) because of my height. but my head left a bullethole type thing in window. So i am waiting to hear if i go see an otologist/neurotologist or to a neurologist.

Anyway i am home sick today, i need to go rest............

Longtime No Speak... Someone Special.

I am so happy I got to speak to a special someone whom I haven't talked to in many many months today!... She still warms my heart and brightens my day when I think of her! So this smile and rainbow is for you!!!!!!! I hope you know who you are! God Bless!

My Head, Sinus's, and Ear

I went to the Ear Nose and Throat and she said whatever is going with my ear making me sick etc... is most likely my sinus's. I had a hearing test there, My right ear is like 10 decibals less in hearing than the left which would not be cause for any concern inside the ear. And also the pain and pressure I am getting in my right ear and face and head would NOT be relieved when I take a dose of Antivert. Okay then Lady!!!!!!! I am telling you IT IS BEING RELIEVED BY THE ANTIVERT! And I should not have to take that to get relief. There is an underlying issue. But this lady is dense. So I am on an antibiotic, Omnicef 600mg, and a nasal spray, and will be having a head CT in about 10 days to look in my head and look in my sinus's. YaY. I was up most of the night because the antibiotic is making me feel quite ill. So anyway, the above picture was me during the stupid hearing test because I think I was hearing things that were not even there! LOL

Some Old Family Pics... A Look Back

This is my sweet Mommy and my Dad when after they got married I guess. My Mom has been gone for 20 years come April 1st to a very violent death. I am in contact with my Dad more now, actually Leo and he get along great.

My Leisha & Jared... A Look Back

Ok I found most of my pics of when my 2 favorite kids in the world I used to watch before they moved away, and I am feeling weepy over them and decided to blog about them. The above pics of my Jared he was 3 months and he was such a demanding little guy! But the I believe the pic of him in his swing he was wearing the outfit I had bought him, which he like wore twice cuz he was chunky monkey!!!!!!

This pic of Jared in his walker he about 6 months and everytime I was over Leisha and I would try taking pics of him and he would try to run us over. He was a speed demon in that thing trying to get the camera! Oh and he drooled like mad!

These were when Jared was 9 1/2 months old and attempting to walk... he could do it, but he was just a little bit chicken. But again, he was ALWAYS after me and the camera. And he knew if he got to me I would pick him up. (NO... I NEVER SPOILED HIM!)

And Little Leisha ALWAYS running in her teeshirt and girly underwear! And Loved getting Jared to chase her and run circles round the house! And Leisha always had red or orange or green colored lips from all those popsicles she loved so much and (NO... SHANNON NEVER GAVE IN AND SPOILED HER EITHER!) :)

The one with me feeding a glum looking Jared was Leisha's 3rd birthday party and I was there to keep eye on him as he was feeling "yucky" and had a fever that day.

I sure do miss these two crazy kids who are all grown up now. Leisha married and Jared will be graduating. But they truely will always be my most favorite and special little ones ever and closest to my heart. Even if they were too little to remember those times now. Oh, and I will never forget Jared learning to say my name...... he loved to say it when I showed up. It was some weird way but I knew it was my name! LOL And all the miles I chased them round in the house.

Well, now that I have embarrassed them to no end. I will stop.
